During National Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, we as the people of God renew our ongoing commitment to protecting our children and young people from child sexual abuse. We are “United Together in Prayer” as daily reminder that the healing journey for child sexual abuse victim-survivors, and their families, is a long and arduous one. Each of us, as members of our Catholic community, can contribute to their healing by remembering all those impacted by childhood sexual abuse in our prayers.
